Warranty Term:

Cozy Camping Tents warranty term is 3 years from the date of purchase on all of our Camping Tents, Canopies, Wall Tents, Screen Houses, Mini Camping Tent, Play Tents & Cots. It warrants to the original purchaser that our Camping Tents are free from defects in material & workmanship.

What is Covered:

If after inspecting our Camping Tent, we find that our product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the Camping Tent, Canopies or Cots, at our option, without charge to our customer.

What is not Covered:

Cozy Camping Tents shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use ( e.g., Ultraviolet (UV) light damage on camping tents, exhausted zippers), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, animal attack, storm damage, misuse, or improper care of the camping tent.

Warranty Returns:

Return the product, freight prepaid, to Cozy Camping Tents Customer Service Department.  Before returning your Camping Tent, Canopies, Wall Tent, Screen Houses, Play Tents or Cots, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number by sending an email to, returns@cozycampingtents.com.  Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days from the date it was issued.  Returns will receive the same level of customer service we give to new orders.  Returns that are sent withour a Return Authorization Number or that are sent Collect will not be accepted.
