Our Return Policy:

Return the product, freight prepaid, to Cozy Camping Tents Customer Service Department.  Before returning your Camping Tent, Canopies, Wall Tent, Screen Houses, Play Tents or Cots, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number by sending an email from the contact us Page or send us an email at returns@cozycampingtents.com.   Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days from the date it was issued.  Returns will receive the same level of customer service we give to new orders.  Returns that are sent withour a Return Authorization Number or that are sent Collect will not be accepted.  Freight paid to return an item that has a Manufacturing defect will be refunded.
